At Wellness and Wonder, our youth yoga and mindfulness classes blend movement, music, and play to create a fun and supportive environment where children can explore self-regulation, focus, and emotional well-being. All sessions can be tailored to the audience's age group and are led by a certified and insured yoga instructor and educator. Children’s Yoga

Developmentally appropriate yoga classes for growing minds and bodies.

These 30-minute sessions are designed for children seeking an introduction to yoga and mindfulness, focusing on breathing techniques, basic poses, and body awareness in a flexible, playful, and age-appropriate style.

Mommy & Me Yoga

Play and move together in a class that fosters connection and joy.

These 30-minute sessions allow parents and children to explore yoga through stories, songs, and playful poses. Classes introduce mindfulness in a gentle, age-appropriate way and encourage bonding and emotional awareness through movement and breath.

A creative workshop combining movement, journaling, and art.

This 1.5-hour workshop is perfect for childcare centers, nonprofit organizations, schools, and libraries. Children will explore self-expression and emotional awareness through mindful movement, journaling, and art. Supplies provided.
