Designed for children ages 3-5 years. Through stories, songs, and playful yoga poses, little ones will explore mindfulness and self-regulation in a supportive and fun environment. 

Free! Just show up! Parents/caregivers are asked to stay with their children and help them participate. 

Preregistration is helpful so we can communicate any event updates if needed.
